Your Personalized Treatment Plan

Relaxing and Therapeutic

Michelle provides professional and effective treatments to help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

She uses a variety of techniques to target specific areas of concern, such as deep tissue massage for chronic pain and Swedish massage for relaxation.

Whether you’re looking for injury rehabilitation, musculoskeletal health, perinatal care or simply want to relax and unwind, she will create a personalized treatment plan to meet your needs.

Michelle’s treatments are personalized to address your specific concerns and goals, using a combination of techniques such as myofascial and trigger point release, joint mobilization, active and passive stretching, Swedish and deep tissue massage.

Hot stone massage therapy is a therapeutic technique that uses heated, smooth stones to relax tight muscles, relieve pain, and promote overall well-being.

The heat from the stones helps to relax the muscles, allowing the therapist to apply deeper pressure during the massage. The warmth of the stones also promotes blood flow, which can help to reduce pain, stiffness, and tension.

Massage therapy can be an effective tool in injury rehabilitation. It can help to reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle tension. Michelle uses techniques such as kneading, joint mobilization, and stretching to stimulate the body’s natural healing process.

Massage therapy can also increase the range of motion, flexibility and strength of the affected area. It can also help to improve circulation, which can accelerate the healing process.

Additionally, massage therapy can help to reduce the formation of scar tissue and improve the overall function of the injured area. Regular massage sessions can also help to prevent re-injury.

“Massage is a beneficial part of our health care regime that encourages maintaining our bodies' well-being.”
